Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,746 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP4, RCAN2, and PI4KAP2. Each is linked with ENPP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP5-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENPP5 versus ENPP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
