ENPP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, mTOR_pS2448, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with ENPP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP5-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by ENPP5-low versus ENPP5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
