Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, SPACA1, and DPPA2. Each is linked with ENPP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP5-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by ENPP5-low versus ENPP5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
