ENPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-5, KRTAP10-2, and USP17L3. Each is linked with ENPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP3-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-5 grouped by ENPP3-low versus ENPP3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
