ENPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN1, ACSM2A, and PRAMEF33. Each is linked with ENPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP2-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTN1 grouped by ENPP2-low versus ENPP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
