Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENPP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ENPP1 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENPP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ENPP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
