ENPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,469 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, PALLD, and DCN. Each is linked with ENPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP1-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
