Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,349 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, MEIS3, and SGIP1. Each is linked with ENPP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP1-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP1 results are reported.
