Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,322 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, SNX9, and VCL_S795. Each is linked with ENPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP1-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP1 results are reported.
