Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,937 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Attachment of GPI anchor to protein, Positive regulation of pinocytosis, and Collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ENPP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP1-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP1 results are reported.
