ENPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE6C, ANKRD40CL, and OR10V1. Each is linked with ENPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP1-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
