ENOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,144 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B2, MCC, and FAM126A. Each is linked with ENOX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ENOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENOX1 versus ATP8B2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
