ENOSF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENOSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENOSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, USP14, and LPIN1. Each is linked with ENOSF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENOSF1-to-partner and partner-to-ENOSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENOSF1 versus ISG20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENOSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENOSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
