ENOSF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENOSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,432 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENOSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, TGIF2, and GPC2. Each is linked with ENOSF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENOSF1-to-partner and partner-to-ENOSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENOSF1 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENOSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENOSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
