ENOPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENOPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 398 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENOPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3690, IGHD5-24, and LINC-ROR. Each is linked with ENOPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENOPH1-to-partner and partner-to-ENOPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3690 grouped by ENOPH1-low versus ENOPH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENOPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENOPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
