ENO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, CLEC1B, and TMEM174. Each is linked with ENO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO4-to-partner and partner-to-ENO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
