Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENO3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENO3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ENO3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ENO3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
