Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,954 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNB1, SAMD12-AS1, and LINC02595. Each is linked with ENO3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO3-to-partner and partner-to-ENO3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENO3 versus CHRNB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
