Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, OR5H6, and ACSM6. Each is linked with ENO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO3-to-partner and partner-to-ENO3 results are reported.
