ENO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,069 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, SLC2A1, and LOXL2. Each is linked with ENO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO2-to-partner and partner-to-ENO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 versus PLOD2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
