ENO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP223, MIR8053, and H2BC2P. Each is linked with ENO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO2-to-partner and partner-to-ENO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP223 grouped by ENO2-low versus ENO2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
