Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENKUR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENKUR data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ENKUR Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENKUR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where ENKUR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
