ENKD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP232, RNU4-26P, and RNU6-591P. Each is linked with ENKD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENKD1-to-partner and partner-to-ENKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP232 grouped by ENKD1-low versus ENKD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
