Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENGASE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENGASE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP1, DNAJC1, and EIF4A3. Each is linked with ENGASE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENGASE-to-partner and partner-to-ENGASE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENGASE versus AKAP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENGASE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENGASE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
