ENGASE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENGASE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,520 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENGASE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCU, GGT7, and PGM2. Each is linked with ENGASE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENGASE-to-partner and partner-to-ENGASE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENGASE versus MCU in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENGASE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENGASE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
