ENDOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,085 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YAP1, CSTF3_S691, and LPP. Each is linked with ENDOD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENDOD1 versus YAP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
