ENC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,601 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, FLNA, and PARVA. Each is linked with ENC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENC1-to-partner and partner-to-ENC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENC1 versus PDLIM7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
