Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,805 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEFH, PPP1R37, and MAST1. Each is linked with ENC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENC1-to-partner and partner-to-ENC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENC1 versus NEFH in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
