ENC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPN3, CDCA2, and RN7SL82P. Each is linked with ENC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENC1-to-partner and partner-to-ENC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPN3 grouped by ENC1-low versus ENC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
