Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PDCD4, and TFRC. Each is linked with ENC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENC1-to-partner and partner-to-ENC1 results are reported.
