ENAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1_S315, ANK2, and ANK2_S1461. Each is linked with ENAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAM-to-partner and partner-to-ENAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENAM versus SEPTIN1_S315 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
