ENAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,346 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC28, LRCH1, and NIPBL. Each is linked with ENAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAM-to-partner and partner-to-ENAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENAM versus TTC28 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
