ENAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,508 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, PSMB7, and TLE6. Each is linked with ENAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAM-to-partner and partner-to-ENAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by ENAM-low versus ENAM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
