ENAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENAM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, RAD51, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with ENAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAM-to-partner and partner-to-ENAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by ENAM-low versus ENAM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
