ENAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, ZAN, and C1orf87. Each is linked with ENAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAM-to-partner and partner-to-ENAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM6 grouped by ENAM-low versus ENAM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
