ENAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRND, OR5B21, and KRTAP13-2. Each is linked with ENAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAH-to-partner and partner-to-ENAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRND grouped by ENAH-low versus ENAH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
