EN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL309P, MIR4510, and DCP1A. Each is linked with EN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EN2-to-partner and partner-to-EN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL309P grouped by EN2-low versus EN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
