EN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCR1, H2BW1, and FGF3. Each is linked with EN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EN2-to-partner and partner-to-EN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCR1 grouped by EN2-low versus EN2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
