EN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EN1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 334 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNV1, ZNF148, and ARHGAP12. Each is linked with EN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EN1-to-partner and partner-to-EN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNV1 grouped by EN1-low versus EN1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
