EMX2OS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMX2OS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,446 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMX2OS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, CDH13, and FERMT2. Each is linked with EMX2OS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX2OS-to-partner and partner-to-EMX2OS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMX2OS→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMX2OS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
