Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EMX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EMX2 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher EMX2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EMX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LUAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where EMX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
