EMX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,852 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMX2OS, RTL5, and SDC2. Each is linked with EMX2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX2-to-partner and partner-to-EMX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMX2 versus EMX2OS in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
