Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,088 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EMX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP291, RN7SL557P, and CCL5. Each is linked with EMX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX2-to-partner and partner-to-EMX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP291 grouped by EMX2-low versus EMX2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
