Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EMX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EMX1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher EMX1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EMX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ESCA are the cancer types where EMX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
