EMX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIB, ACSL5, and GALNT7. Each is linked with EMX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX1-to-partner and partner-to-EMX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMX1 versus PPIB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
