EMX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,114 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALKBH1, SNW1, and NFKBIA. Each is linked with EMX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX1-to-partner and partner-to-EMX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMX1 versus ALKBH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
