EMSY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMSY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMSY-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPI, CENPU, and NDUFB6. Each is linked with EMSY in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMSY-to-partner and partner-to-EMSY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPI grouped by EMSY-low versus EMSY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMSY→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMSY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
