EMSY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMSY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMSY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1, DEFB134, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with EMSY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMSY-to-partner and partner-to-EMSY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by EMSY-low versus EMSY-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMSY→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMSY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
