EMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,633 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, RXRA, and MRTFB. Each is linked with EMP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP2-to-partner and partner-to-EMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
