EMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,883 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUBP1, EPHB3, and ESRP2. Each is linked with EMP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP2-to-partner and partner-to-EMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
